Awful now formula changed
“This has been my only shampoo for years. The formula has totally changed. Used to have a wonderful fragrant smell of roses. Awful and nondescript smell now. I will not buy this again until they change the formula back. Not happy at all”

“I have used this before without issue so not sure if the formula has changed, but this made my scalp extremely itchy. I bought it for mature hair and it is also supposed to assist with scalp health. After 1 use my scalp was more itchy than ever before and also very greasy the next day. I normally wash my hair ever other day or every 2 days. No way I can do this with this shampoo. Lathered well, smells lovely and reasonably priced but those are the only positive. However, it turned out to be expensive as I cannot use it!”
