Do not waste your money
“these stink horribly, it’s putrid, they do not work at all, takes me hours to even get a little sleepy with these, pricey too, and even if you up the dose up to literally 3x more than usual, nothing happens. complete disappointment and a waste of money. however i do enjoy placebo effect / gaslighting myself into believing they work therefore i might waste my money again . . .”

“Lately I’ve been finding it difficult to fall asleep or having broken sleep. I tried these not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised! It won’t make you fall asleep or drowsy but it just relaxes your body and mind and allows you to drift off more easily, i also didn’t have broken sleep when I used them. I’ve used them a few random nights now and they just give me a nights rest that I really need. 100% would buy again and recommend to anyone struggling to calm their busy minds at bedtime. :)”
