Zinc Supplements

Zinc supplements are available from Holland & Barrett in a range of forms, from tablets to lozenges, including in formulations with complimentary vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin C, calcium and magnesium. Zinc is an essential mineral which has many important roles to play within the human body. It is necessary for the function of the immune system, DNA synthesis and for cell division. It is also needed for healthy skin and to help with wound healing. But that's not all, because this mineral possibly has the biggest role of all minerals in reproductive health and fertility, and may be used to support the metabolism of fatty acids as well as the maintenance of bone and cognitive function.
