How do I shop by category?
You can shop by category by clicking on "go shopping", or by clicking on "See All Categories". On clicking the category name,you will be presented with all the products from that group. If you can not find a particular product for a category, please call our mail order department at the number above.
How do I search for products or categories?
Type a product name or number into the search bar . You will then see a list of products relating to your query. Click on any of the links to see more details about that item and/or place the item in your basket. To bring up a wider range or results, try limiting your search to one word. What methods can I use to order my products?
Holland and Barrett.com gives you 4 easy options to place an order. You may do one of the following:

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by notifying us in writing. The notification should state your order number and the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been despatched, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the products to us at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered for a full refund/credit. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend you use a Recorded Delivery Service. You can no longer receive a refund if you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected. What guarantee do I have with my products?
We are proud of the quality of our products. As such, if you find your goods to be in unsatisfactory condition, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned unopened (within 30 days) to the following address:

How can I redeem my coupons?
If you have a coupon, you can redeem it on the last page of the checkout process. There is a coupon box located to the left of your "Grand Total", directly above your payment information. Simply enter the coupon number and hit "Apply". Once the page refreshes, you will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

What are browser cookies and how can I enable them?
What is "my favourites" / and how can I use them to aid my shopping?
Keep track of products that you are interested in with your personalized page of favourite items, you can add items by...
- Selecting the Favourites icon in the product listing.
- Clicking on "add products" in the Favourites page and enter product numbers in the fields.
You can purchase your favourites any time you return to your Favourites page...
- Click on the checkbox next to the product.
- and click the "Add Selected to Basket" button.
Managing Your Account
How do I create an account?
Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "Register/Sign In" at the top right of the page. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to create an account with us, but wish to have your information stored for future orders, simply click the "remember me" option at the bottom of the billing/shipping page. The next time you come to our site, your billing and shipping information will be pre-filled for you! In order to take advantage of this feature, you must have your "cookies" enabled on your computer.
I have forgotten my username or password for my account, what do I do?
If you forgot your username or password, simply go to the Register/Sign In screen and choose "forgot my password". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your username and password within a few minutes.
How can I edit my account information?
If you wish to edit your account information, simply click the Register/Sign Inbutton located at the top right side of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "Sign In" button. Click on the "Update Your Profile" button and change any information you wish to change then click the "Update Profile" button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
Can I view my past orders online?
We are currently unable to allow you to view your past order history online.

What information do I need to know about shipping in the UK?
Order online or by phone on (+44) 870 606 6605, and we aim to despatch within 48 hours!! All orders are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Postage and packing cost just £1.99 in the United Kingdom(in busy periods, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery).
Please note: Offers subject to availability, Holland and Barrett do not currently ship to BFPO addresses.

My shipment has been lost or damaged, what do I do?
Please note lost shipments must be reported within 30 days of despatch, we will not be liable for any loss if you fail to do this.
Damaged Orders: If you find your goods to be damaged in transit, we are willing to offer a refund if the product is returned (within 30 days after the delivery date) to the following address. We will not be liable for any damage if you fail to do this.

Returns Policy for Food Items (Confectionery, Fruit, Nuts and Seeds)
If you find any of our food products in a state not for human consumption, please call Customer Services on (+44) 870 606 6606 to state your problem.
We retain the right to request a return of the faulty goods with the consignment number on the outside of the box, by recorded delivery, and the product will be inspected. If the fault is agreed, a full refund along with any shipping costs incurred in sending the product back, will be given.
Please do not send any food items back which have not been requested.
