Directions:
For adults, blend one scoop (24g) of protein powder to 237ml of water, juice, yoghurt or sauceand mix. For best results, use an electric blender and once mixed the product should be consumed immediately.
Ensure adequate hydration during and after training - Minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily.
