Directions:
Adults and elderly. Swallow 2 tablets with water 3 times a day.
Do not use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Other Ingredients:
100mg of Valerian extract equivalent to 400mg of Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis L.)
50mg of Lemon Balm extract equivalent to 325mg of Lemon Balm Leaf (Melissa officinalis L.)
Warnings:
If your symptoms persist or worsen after 4 weeks, consult your doctor.
Do not take during pregnancy or breast feeding.
Do not take if you are already taking other medicines for anxiety or sleep.
Contains Lactose.
