Directions:
Adults: Take two teaspoons (10ml) 2-4 times a day, up to a maximum of 40ml. Can be mixed with warm water to take as a drink.
Children: 2-8 years half a teaspoonful (2.5ml) 2-4 times a day. Dilute with warm water and sweeten with honey as necessary. Not to be given to children under two years of age without health practitioner advice
Other Ingredients:Multiflora honey, Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium) Honey UMF 10+ 1.3g, Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) juice concentrate 1.3g (providing anthocyanins 10mg), Apple (Malus spp) Cider Vinegar, Purified water, Elder flower (Sambucus nigra) extract equivalent to 520mg dry flower, Maltodextrin (anti-caking agent) Zinc gluconate (providing 3.4mg elemental zinc), Peppermint (Mentha piperita) oil, Xanthan gum (thickener), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globules) oil, Tea Tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) oil, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) oil.
