Directions:
(Shake the can before each use) For adults, blend one scoop (20g) of the protein powder with low fat milk, fruit or vegetable juice of your choice, and any low calorie flavouring or extract. For best results usean electric blender and once mixed the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. It is excellent when added to soup.
Ensure adequate hydration during and after training - Minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily
