9 Bar - Flax Mixed Seed Bars
The Flax 9bar is the quirky cousin, you either get it or you don't. Like the Original, the Flax 9Bar contains over 57% seeds with a thick, rich 15% layer of carob, but it's individual taste comes from the addition of, not surprisingly, flax seeds. It's a health nuts favourite as it contains all the nutrition values of your average 9Bar with the additional goodness of flax.
Flaxseeds are a particularly good plant source of alpha linolenic acid; an omega-3 fatty acid. So now you can have your health food and eat it, or more to the point, really enjoy it.
And finally let's not forget the one thing all 9Bar's have in common; they are dairy, wheat, gluten and trans-fat free and if it tastes this good, who cares.
