Great low fat base for muesli
For anyone watching their saturated fat intake this a great alternative to oats, with only 0.1g of sat fat per 100g compared to 1.1g for oats (overall fat 1.8g vs 6.3g). Also tastes better, with a slightly nutty flavour.
