Siberian Ginseng is one of several varieties of this herb. Different varieties of ginseng root have been used in Asia and North America for centuries. Siberian ginseng is considered to be an adaptogenic herb.
The active compounds in Siberian ginseng are eleutherosides, not ginsenosides as are found in some other species of ginseng.
Ginseng may help the body to withstand the pressures of modern lifestyles.
