Directions:
Blend one scoop (21g) (scoop included in can) of Precision Engineered Instant Milk & Egg Protein Powder with one cup (250ml) of skimmed milk. For best results, use an electric blender and once mixed the product should be consumed within 20 minutes. Drink up to 2 servings daily.
Do not exceed stated dose.

All supplements containing Vitamin A (preformed Retinol) are best avoided by those who regularly eat liverand products made from liver. Long term intake of amounts greater than 1150µg daily of Vitamin A are bestavoided by postmenopausal women and older people who are at increased risk of osteoporosis. Amounts greater than 250mg daily of Phosphorus may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
