It is of natural origin (shells of crustaceans) and can bind large quantities of nutritional fats in the digestive tract.

Directions:
For weight reduction: Take 2 formoline L112 Weight Management Tablets, twice daily with the 2 meals of the day that have the highest fat content.
For weight maintenance: Take 1 tablet taken twice daily should be sufficient.
Take the formoline L112 tablet/tablets with at least 250 ml (half a pint) of water (to ensure the best possible uptake and carry the tablets through the stomach).
Other Ingredients:
Active Ingredients: Specification L112 for the ß-1,4 polymer of D-glucosamine and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine from the shells of crustaceans.
Excipients: Cellulose from plants, vitamin C, tartaric acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable origin).
Warnings:
Do not take formoline L112 if you are prone to allergies or allergic to crustaceans or any of the other ingredients.
Do not take formoline L112 if you are underweight (BMI < 18.5). Should only be given to growing teenagers and children after medical consultation.
Not suitable for infants (up to the age of three).
During pregnancy and breast-feeding, weight loss and dietary measures should only be initiated under close medical supervision as an adequate nutrient supply is essential for foetal growth and development, and for milk production.
In case of serious, chronic digestive problems (constipation,intestinal hypomotility, after surgery), metabolic disorders or the ingestion of medications which reduce intestinal motility, formoline L112 should only be taken after consulting a physician.
