Directions:
1 blister strip taken twice daily. Optimum Nutrition Formula, Immune C and Essential Omegas are best taken with food, preferably breakfast and lunch. The GL Support tablet should be taken before food on an empty stomach or with a carbohydrate containing meal or snack.

Long term intake of amounts greater than 10mg vitamin B6 daily may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
