Directions:
Adults and children over 10 years of age, one to two capsules daily. In extreme cases can take up to four for the first day and then reduce to one or two capsules daily.
As part of calorie controlled diet or slimming program for adults take one capsule daily.
Other Ingredients:
Castor Oil, Gelatine, Glycerol, Purified Water.
