Directions:
Take two capsules before breakfast and two capsules at mid-afternoon. Begin use with half the recommended dose (one capsule twice per day) for the first seven days to assess your tolerance. If you have difficulty sleeping, do not take after 4:00 P.M.
Do not exceed stated dose.
For best results, use in combination with exercise and a low-fat diet.
