Directions:
Take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Amounts greater than 20mg daily of Niacin (Nicotinic Acid) may cause skin flushes in sensitive individuals. The reaction may be a rash or flushing which is temporary (15 to 30 minutes). If constant flushing occurs, discontinue use of this product. Long term intake of amounts greater than 4mg daily of Manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue.
Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
