Directions:
Swallow whole 3-5 capsules with a glass of water 30 minutes before each of your three main meals. At the beginning of the treatment 3 capsules per main meal should be taken. Dependent on the feeling of fullness, the intake can be increased up to 5 capsules per meal.

Plantago ovatae, Sodium bicarbonate, Magnesium stearate.
Warnings:
Do not use Fulfill Plus after the use by date on the underside of the carton. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Fulfill Plus should only be used continuously for 30 days.
