Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointing I usually buy Ugg Foods Chia Seed & Nut Bread Mix but as there was only one in stock when I ordered online I bought this Amisa Bread Mix to try. I followed the instructions but baked it at an oven temperature 20 degrees cooler than instructed as I have a fan oven and that is what I do for the Ugg Foods bread. Not only did it look anaemic when it was cooked but it was as hard as a brick. It crumbled when cut and does not smell or look appetizing at all. We have yet to taste it but I will definitely not be be buying this product again. 14 January 2016
