1) Pour contents of sachet into a bowl. Add 200ml cold water. Mix and let sit for 5 mins. 2) Transfer mix into the baking tray provided. 3) Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F (Gas mark 4). Bake for 35 to 40 mins until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool a little. Slice and serve as desired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent veggie loaf This was really tasty. It was filling and gave 3 good sized portions, could feed 4 with smaller amounts. I will definitely purchase this again as it can be stored easily and made up quickly. The Mediterranean Sundried Tomato Nut Roast is also extremely tasty. I had this for my Christmas dinner and it went very well with the rest of the vegetables. Truly scrumptious. 30 December 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Handy substitute to have in store cupboard. I really wanted to like this nut roast more than I did. It's so convenient to have in the house in case a veggie friend comes to dinner or since local shops don't tend to stock this kind of food item. It's also very travel friendly as it's all dry ingredients, small & light. I took it abroad for my Xmas dinner to a non-veggie friendly country. Very useful, especially as the prep is so quick & easy & you can sneak it into the comer of an oven being used for a 'normal' roast, while occupying minimal space. Unfortunately, it's a bit anaemic-looking & tastes quite bland. It tastes like stuffing with some nuts in it. Buy it for convenience but not the gourmet experience. I added some soya sauce & Marmite the 2nd time & it was a bit better in colour & taste. 07 January 2014
