Whisk 1 gram (approx. 1/2 teaspoon or 4 spatula* scoops) per day in 100 ml hot water (80°C). Pour over ice and add cold water to make a refreshing ice tea. Also, try mixing 1 gram per day in juice, fruit and vegetable smoothies, milky lattes and foods such as; salad, soup, pasta, rice and pulses, cereal, yoghurt, ice cream and desserts. *spatula attached to jar.
