Rated 5 out of 5 by Nel56 Great Product This is my favourite gluten free flour mix for baking cakes, biscuits and pastry. It is expensive in comparison to regular flour, but I have found it works well combined with rice flour to make it a bit more affordable. Always gives a great texture and does not contain xanthan gum. 08 May 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dizzytoo Christmas cake I used this flour to make my Christmas cake, I wanted a substitute for wheat flour to make the cake gluten free. From what I had read a straight swap to gluten free flour is not easy needing extra liquid and egg etc. As I am not good at adapting recipes I wasn't keen to do that. When I read about Bobs red mill I thought I would give it a go, all I added was a little xantham gum and it turned out fine. I haven't tried anything else yet. Delivery was really quick too. 16 November 2015
