Good, standard hand cream .
“I mostly love the smell of this product , and whilst a lovely smell and consistency , I felt that I needed to use lots (granted my hands are like that of an old school fish wife) and at the price (I am poor) I was slightly disappointed! None the less , I do love me a bit of Butts bee's in general so not going to be too harsh ... there is more than likely a cream within their range to suit my old fish wifey hands better!”

Best Hand Cream I ever bought
“This Ultimate Hand Cream is the best hand cream I ever bought! The Job i was doing at work makes my hands really dry and hanging nails that makes my fingers really sore. I'm satisfied and happy with the result. My hands is a lot softer now.”
