Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy and tasty! This flour makes beautiful bread. It is so easy to make and lasts me the whole working week without going stale. A good idea is to add chia seeds & hemp seeds to the mix for more crunch and zip. 11 March 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Spelt Flour! I am well pleased to find a supplier for such a great product. This spelt flour is a good quality at a good price. I mixed it with some Rye flour and the bread it made was lovely, moist, well risen with a good texture. A word of warning though. I made pastry with this grade of spelt and it made the pastry a very 'short' texture, however, I have also bought some finer spelt to make pastry..I'll keep you posted! 01 March 2016

Rated 5 out of 5 by Makes great pastry I use Spelt white flour which unfortunately H and B do not sell. I use a ratio of 1 to 3 white flour and wholemeal. It makes the most delicious pastry; easy to digest. 29 December 2014
