1. Whisk/blend 10 g (2 tablespoons) of VeganEgg per 115 ml of ice cold water until smooth. 2. Heat a lightly-oiled frying pan to medium-high. 3. Pour mixture into pan (""egg"" should sizzle in pan) and immediately begin to scramble. 4. Scramble frequently and evenly with a spatula until eggs are firm. VeganEgg takes longer than regular eggs, so we recommend 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Season to taste and enjoy!

Went to nearest Holland and Barrett and they'd sold out, so ordered online, they were on offer buy one get one half price, bargain! Tried scrambled eggs and brilliant! Yet to try cakes but I will be making a quiche with this soon!

Easy to make as long as you don't use too much water, it is ideal for scrambled eggs, omelettes, frittatas and general use in cooking. Substitute wherever egg yolk is used. Tastes pretty authentic with only a slight odour during cooking.

We used the recipe on the pack and scrambled (like egg) and it was pretty tasty and in pancakes on Shrove Tuesday. We have yet to try it out in cakes etc. But so far so so good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fantastic product I haven't eaten 'real' eggs in many years and was simply amazed by how realistic the scambled Vegan Egg was. I am yet to try in in other recipes but I am already hooked. Pity about the price but I got it in the buy-on-get-one-half-price deal. I also used the store pick-up service for the first time which was fantastic.
