Georganics Oil Pulling Mouthwash is a natural and effective blend of oils formulated for those a non-toxic alternative to conventional mouthwash.
Studies have shown that through regular practice of oil pulling, it's proved to reduce formation of Plaque around teeth. Great for all types of teeth, including sensitive, and all ages.

Cocos nucifera oil, Caprylic / capric triglyceride, Foeniculum vulgare dulce fruit oil, Mentha spicata herb oil, Citrus aurantifolia peel oil expressed,Tocopherol, Eugenia caryophyllus bud oil

Directions:
Take 1-2 tablespoons of oil and hold it in your mouth. Tilt chin up and swish it around your mouth and tongue. Pull the oil for 10 up to 20 minutes. It should be a thin white foam when spit out.

Pleasant and definitely improves appearance
“I am on my second bottle of this pull and it definitely does work. I have strong teeth , but they are not my best feature , as they have always been an off- white colour naturally , even through childhood. I don't smoke or drink wine so there are no real bad stains, but using this on a regular basis gives them a sort of pearly look and I feel much more confident when I smile. This particular flavour is very pleasant and it is no hardship to swirl this around my mouth during the evening ( whilst watching TV or on-line for example )”
