“Last a few weeks I became violent. I was losing temper like crazy., and screaming. Then I thought, i wasn't before menstrual sycle., the only thing that changed in my diet was these aloe vera capsules. I looked up on the ingredients and the first (main) ingredient is "dicalcium phosphate". After researching thoroughly I learned it is a type of calcium and excess of it affects brain and mood swings. Since I stopped taking them I'm good old self again. I wish I never upset my children the way I did when was taking these :-(”
