Pour the contents of the pack into a mixing bowl. Beat 1 egg, 200 ml of your usual milk (dairy or dairy free) and 1 tablespoon of oil in a separate bowl. Add the liquid to the dry mix and whisk until smooth. Grease a small non-stick frying pan with a little butter , margarine or oil. Pour enough batter to coat the pan or form a sizable pancake and cook until small bubbles appear in the batter. Flip the pancake on the other side and cook until golden.
