Mix the contents of the pack with 1 egg and 50g of soft butter.
Roll walnut sized balls from the dough and press them flat to about 1.5 cm thick.
Place them about 5cm apart on greaseproof paper on a baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for about 10-15 mins. If you are using a fan oven bake at 155 C.
For Vegan recipe: Replace egg and butter with 50g of soya yoghurt and 50g of soft dairy free margarine.
