Preheat the oven to 175C/350F, Gas Mark 4
Mix the content of the packet with 200g of soft butter or dairy free margarine and 4 eggs
Blend with a mixer or wooden spoon until smooth
Pour into a pre-greased medium size baking tin
Bake for 40-45 minutes or test until a skewer comes out clean
