Preheat oven to 175C/350F, Gas mark 4. Place an ovenproof dish of boiling water in the bottom of the oven. Mix the contents of the pack with 375cm of cold water. Spoon the batter into a lightly greased baking tin (aprox 15cm x 10cm) Brush the top of the batter generously with cold water. Pour off excess water. Add two capfuls of olive oil for a golden loaf and score the batter with a knife. Sprinkle the top with mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin and linseed) before placing in the oven. Bake for 58-60 minutes.
