We’ve had a bit of a spring clean this issue, digging deep into the back of our metaphorical cupboards/pages to embark on a decluttering mission. And, to employ that famous William Morris quote: only that which is either useful, or beautiful, would make the cut.
A while ago we held a reader event, asking guests what they loved, and weren’t so keen on. We took those answers as our guide when asking ourselves the useful/beautiful question. So what’s in your fresh and shiny new issue of healthy?
1 More beauty. A whole new section, in fact, called healthy Glow. We’ve always led the way with our natural, organic approach to beauty. Now the industry is catching up, and with so much to tell you about, we felt it was time beauty got a dedicated place.
2 More quick, easy tips. You reminded us how busy you are and want to get to the really-useful-for-you stuff fast. So, we’ve added new tips pages (many contributed by you) and changed our designs so you can see what each feature is about at a glance. And we’ve added a page about work, too.
3 More fitness. Yes, these girls certainly can. You asked for more inspiration to help you hit your fitness goals (or just move a bit more). As always, we’re very inclusive, with fitness ideas for everyone from complete beginners onwards.
4 All recipes are now vegetarian. We’ve always been flexitarian or veggie-focused with our food, but we’ve made the decision to go fully veggie – it means we can bring you unique recipes you won’t find elsewhere. And, of course, we’re keeping the expertise that’s been key to healthy since day one, and that runs throughout. Hope you love it – and (even if you don’t) let me know what you think.
