Glucosamine is the basis of the synthesis of several important macromolecules, including glycoproteins, glycolipids and glycosaminoglycans. These macromolecules can be found in the synovial fluid, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and muscles.

Glucosamine Sulphate 1500mg: Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl (crustaceans), Firming Agent (Povidone), Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine, Colour (Titanium Dioxide)). Omega 3 & Collagen with Vitamins C & D: Fish Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerine, Colour (Titanium Dioxide)), Fish Collagen, Sunflower Oil, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Thickener (Yellow Beeswax), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E (as mixed Tocopherols), Vitamin D3.

Directions:
Take one Glucosamine Sulphate 1500mg caplet daily and one Omega 3 & Collagen with Vitamins C & D softgel capsule daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
