“After many months being unable to receive H & B products at my home address I have at last received the Spinach extract capsules. They are the most necessary complement to a healthy digestion diet. This extract has all the properties of cooked spinach leaves but is much easier to take on a daily basis. “I noticed no significant difference when taking these or not. My hunger levels seem to fluctuate, regardless of this product, so I can't say this is working. I've been taking them for a few weeks, which I'd assume would be enough for some identifiable difference, but I can't say I notice any. I'll continue to take these for longer to see if this improves, but so far I'm sceptical. As for the product itself - it's fine. You take one per day with your meal - probably to ensure it gets absorbed, but also because it leaves a bad taste in the mouth if you don't wash it down with some drink and food (something I think is normal for this kind of supplement). It's a medium sized capsule, easy to take.”
