Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nutrient dense seed There isn't much to taste to them, but they're brilliant in smoothies and for use in baking. Added to water they become gelatinous, and as such are a useful egg substitute in baking. Protein packed (though not complete), so useful if you don't eat meat. Better value than in supermarkets.
