Holland & Barrett Coconut Flour Frenzy is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 9.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst coconut flour ever This is unfit for purpose. Its texture is too grainy and it has no absorbency whatsoever. I only bought because my usual brand was out of stock at another store. This was more expensive and is USELESS. It does not seem to absorb ANY liquid - whereas coconut flour usually sucks up moisture like crazy. RUBBISH waste of money, I would NOT recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy as a coconut flour baking substitute This is pretty much just fine desicated coconut. I've been using coconut flours for years now and this is the first brand I have bought that is completely unfit for purpose. The chief reason for adding coconut flour to your baking is its ability to absorb liquid. This absorbs none at all. Its fine if you just want some fine desicated coconut, but if you are after a flour replacement for baking, don't waste your money :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This is not proper coconut flour! The other reviewer here is right - this is not proper coconut flour - rather just fine desiccated coconut. Normal coconut flour (eg, Tiana) will absorb wet ingredients like a sponge. This does nothing - just goes into a gloopy mess. I'll use it as desiccated coconut instead. Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good quality but I don't recommend coconut flour This is fairly priced and delivers on what it promises - a light and fine coconut flour with a strong taste. However, I can't recommend this for health - over 50g of saturated fat per 100g and the max a day should be 20. I fully get the idea of 'fat isn't bad' and support eating healthy fats but this fat content is just sky high and the reality is too much saturated fat is bad! I also find like a lot of H+B product, the packaging is poor. It doesn't open easily, doesn't reseal and splits and tears and causes a lot of mess. I've enjoyed a (tiny!) portion of this in porridge for a lovely coconut taste but don't add loads because of the fat content

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not suitable for baking in place of flour I normally use Tiana coconut flour, but thought I would try this. This is nothing like the Tiana flour - it is just very fine coconut, so could probably be used in place of dessicated coconut (but with a finer texter), but is not suitable to use in the recipes I use Tiana coconut flour for (pancakes and brownies so far).
