Holland & Barrett Green Lipped Mussel Capsules are rapid release capsules which contain 250mg of Green Lipped Mussel extract per capsule. This extract is sourced from the shellfish which is native to New Zealand.
The capsules contain high levels of glycoproteins that damp down inflammation in arthritic joints.
