It's naturally gluten and wheat-free and this product appears to have no contaminants, so it perfect for my partner. I'm a vegetarian and it's a great alternative protein-rich food for me. We are very pleased to be able to buy it so easily from Holland and Barrett.

Millet is great: one of the few alkaline grains and not too fibrous despite having lots of protein and folic acid. The product is really good: not too tangy unlike another millet I've tried and gets nice and fluffy if cooked right (3 parts water to 1 part millet). Highly recommended, especially for those going wheat and gluten free.
