Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely prunes Very tasty, succulent, sweet prunes. Great as a snack, I put them in porridge for breakfast. I find that eating a few a day helps with digestion. A healthier alternative to biscuits, crisps etc as a snack. Can eat them anytime, just don't eat too many at once.
