Pycnogenol is a natural plant extract derived from the French Maritime pine. Pycnogenol is a concentrated source containing proanthocyanadins, organic acids and other biologically active components.
Full ingredients
Citrus Bioflavonoids, Capsule Shell (Gelatine), Pycnogenol (extract of Pinus pinaster), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).

Directions:
Take one to two capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
