In addition to this, Zinc supports the normal function of the immune system, maintains normal skin, hair and nails, and contributes to macronutrient metabolism. Selenium also contributes to the normal function of the immune system, & the maintenance of normal hair & nails.

Broke out
“I bought these based on the reviews on here and i must say i will never go by reviews again!! Ive always had relatively normal skin since a young age after i took this i have broken out into horrible acne!!! I have no idea how to control it but have stayed away from these since and now i just have a tub of expensive vitamins which will be going to waste.”
