Holland & Barrett Vegetarian Vitamin D3 Capsules contain 400IU of Vitamin D per rapid release softgel capsule, which is 200% of the NRV (Nutrient Reference Value). As well as having a role in the process of cell division, Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and muscle function, normal function of the immune system, absorption/utilisation of Calcium and Phosphorus and normal blood calcium levels. The research report advises that everyone over the age of one should have a daily intake of 10ug of Vitamin D per day to protect muscle and bone health. These gummies are gelatine free and suitable for vegetarians.
