Miaroma Avocado Oil is a natural and cold pressed vegetable oil with a neutral aroma that can be used as a base (carrier) oil. This massage and skin care oil has softening and nourishing effects of avocado oil makes an ideal ingredient to create your own aroma recipe or it can be used alone as a face or body oil. The art of aromatherapy can be traced back to the great ancient civilisations of Egypt, Greece and Rome where essential oils were valued for their many uses. Aromatherapy oils may be used singly or mixed together to create your own blends, and mixed with a base (carrier) oil, such as Avocado Oil, for massage. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Directions:

Create your own massage oil by blending up to 5 drops (or as detailed on specific oil) of Miaroma Essential Oil to 10ml (2 teaspoons) of this base oil.
