Miaroma Cedar wood Pure Essential 10 ml Oil has an earthy aroma that provides a sense of security, purification and grounding. Obtained by steam distillation of cedar wood, this oil has a pleasant, sweet and woody aroma. It is 100% pure, natural, sourced from the USA and no synthetic ingredients are ever added to any Miaroma essential pure oils. Cedar wood is said to be relaxing and soothing and is thought to allow the brain to unwind. The art of aromatherapy can be traced back to the great ancient civilisations of Egypt, Greece and Rome where essential oils were valued for their many uses. Aromatherapy oils, such as Cedar wood, may be used singly or mixed together to create your own blends.

Directions:
Enjoy the benefits of Miaroma essential oils for massage, in your bath or vaporisation. For massage, dilute at a recommended rate of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of Miaroma base oil. For bathing, run a warm bath, add 4-6 drops of oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 10 minutes to allow the aroma to work. Vaporisation of essential oils can create different moods or can be used to freshen your home. Oil burners or light bulb rings are ideal ways to vaporise essential oils.

Absolutely wonderful if you like the smell of wood
“This was one of the fist Miaroma essential oils I tried and I fell in love straight away. I absolutely love the smell of wood and forest, and in my opinion it could be even stronger, as you have to add quite a few drops in the diffuser in order to smell it, especially if you want to mix it with other oils. So it's quite mild and goes well with many different oils, not too overpowering or dominant. I do prefer this Virginian cedarwood species over the Atlantic cedarwood species I tried from a different brand, although I would like for this one to be stronger.”

Terrible product
“I'm very disappointed with this oil i should have listened to previous review-it does smell like an ashtray, it's awful! I've purchased Cedarwood oil other brands and it's not supposed to smell like this one. I urge H&B to quality check this product and raised it with the manufacturer. I'll be returning this to the store.”
