Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very useful for snacking I suffer from GORD and struggled to put on and maintain weight. This is one of my go-to snacks when I want something healthy and high-calorie and don't have time to prepare anything. It lasts a good time and tastes lovely (not too sweet).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent quality and wonderful service I have been using these products for many years both on line and in various Holland & Barret shops. Both the ready to eat figs and prunes are of excellent quality. To make them even better I steep them in boiling water and simmer them for 10 minutes they come up lovely and plump and just right to add to my daily porrige I allow them to get cold and store in a dish in the fridge.. An excellent product
