Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good superfoods I constantly use a teaspoon in porridge as its a good source of nutrition and is classed as a super foods. It's very usable as its already flaked for you so you can retain as much nutrition through minimal cooking or simply use it as it is. You can even add it to soups, broth etc. I do find it on the costly side considering its a mass produced grain, there is a lower quality that is used as bird seed a.k.a budgie seed. But it's a very good superfood to add to your daily intake requiring only a teaspoon a day so it lasts quite a while. :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delighted I use a lot of gluten-free millet flakes which I mix with brown rice flakes to make a hot breakfast cereal, like porridge. It is great to be able to get them in quantity quickly and cheaply.
