"1.5 cups of liquid per 1 cup of Polenta.
1. Boil liquid in a large saucepan.
2. Once boiling, add Polenta. Stir constantly. If not free flowing add more liquid until it is a thick paste.
3. Bring back to the boil, turn heat down and simmer until all grains have softened into each other. Stir constantly otherwise it will stick and burn on the pan.
May contain Gluten, Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame Seeds.
Store in a cool, dry place preferably in an air tight container once opened.
