Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Cakes! Have been struggling to make a cake that doesn't end up a bit gritty. This is fantastic if you want self raising for cakes, tastes just like normal flour. Now the whole family will love my sons birthday cake.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wheat Free Bread Making I was trying to get hold of the Bread Mixture flour but had no luck. So I purchased S R flour and had a go at making my own bread. I ended up using the entire box, plus additional ingredients and the bread took over two hours to bake. Not likely to be making my own bread again but will use the flour.
