Directions:

PhD woman recommend using up to two servings of Exercise Support daily. Ideal times to use Exercise Support are: 90 minutes prior to exercise to support nutritional requirements. Immediately after exercise to aid with recovery. On days when you do not exercise, use one serving during the day, at any stage between meals. How to use Add 1 Scoop (30g of powder) to 250ml of cold water and shake or blend for 5-10 seconds.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great, tastes not-so-great I had previously used the strawberry flavour so I bought this, which works well - keeps me full for 2 hours and I consume just after working out in the morning. It tastes horrible and fake vanilla. I add frozen fruit to make it cold and taste better.
