“I first tried this earlier in the year - from an actual Potters stand at a show. This is is very soothing - you can feel it warming your airways when you take it. I've used it every time I feel a cold coming on and the cold never seems to be as bad as I'd expected. It's best taken at night, as the warming effect will help soothe the coughing. I had tried at many health shops to get a replacement to no avail, but luckily I found it on the Holland & Barrett website. It's not a cheap product but well worth it.”

“I had high hopes for this, but it isn't as good as I had hoped. It works ok, but not outstanding and it gave me quite bad heartburn. Easier to take however as a liquid.”
